In consideration of His Majesty's Government con-
senting to the shipment to us of Peanuts from Hong-Kong
we hereby give the following undertaking which shall re-
main in force so long as Great Britain is at war.
We undertake not to dispose of any peanuts which we
may import from British Possessions, Protectorates, or Pro- tected States, other than by sale to dealers in the United States or Canada who will use them solely for their own manufacturing purposes or resell to other manufacturers in the United States who will use them solely for their own
manufacturing purposes.
We undertake not to export directly or indirectly to enemy countries or to neutral countries in Europe or to sell to others without satisfying ourselves that they will not export or sell for export directly or indirectly to such countries any other which may be or may come into our
possession.
